Fentanyl Infiltration into the Black Tar Heroin Market - Implications for Buprenorphine Use
Case 1: A pregnant patient with worsening symptoms of opioid withdrawal despite a standard buprenorphine induction.
Case 2: Fentanyl adulteration of pills and planning a buprenorphine induction for a patient who is not yet in withdrawal.
