Introduction

To ensure a clear understanding for all participants of ACMT events, we present the Cancellation Policy and Process below. Kindly be aware that your registration, purchase, and attendance at any ACMT event imply your acceptance and adherence to these outlined agreements. Cancellation Policy

In-Person Event Registration Fees
  • Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund, minus an 8% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 16-44 days will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days will not receive a refund.
  • Limited exceptions may be considered for emergency situations pending review.

Virtual Event Registration Fees
  • Cancellations made 16 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund less an 8% processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days will not receive a refund.
  • Limited exceptions may be considered for emergency situations pending review.

Continuing Education Fees
  • CE that requires in-person and live virtual attendance will be refunded in full less an 8% processing fee.
  • CE that can be completed asynchronously will not be refunded.

Process for Canceling Registration

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@acmt.net.
  • Cancellations made via telephone will not be accepted.
  • Refunds resulting from cancellations or registration changes will be issued to the original payer and through the original method of payment.
  • Limited exceptions may be made for special circumstances, subject to review. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to events@acmt.net.
  • For approved exceptions, the approved refund amount will incur an 8% processing fee. However, please understand that each exception will go through a review and approval process, so we kindly request your patience in such cases.
