Welcome to the registration module for adding Medical, Pharmacy, or Nursing continuing education credits to your #ACMT2025 AACT Symposium experience!

Continuing Education credit for this activity is provided by AKH Inc., Advancing Knowledge in Healthcare. It is expected that learners will receive up to 5.0 credits for learning and change.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by AKH Inc., Advancing Knowledge in Healthcare and American College of Medical Toxicology (ACMT). AKH Inc., Advancing Knowledge in Healthcare is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed above, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.

  2. Attend the sessions live or watch them on-demand
  3. After the event: 

    1. Complete the Event Feedback and CE Surveys
    2. Complete the Attendance Quiz
    3. Claim your certificate

Refunds and Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to: events@acmt.net. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. A refund that results from a cancellation or change to your registration will be returned to the original payer and in the original method of payment.

Pending review, limited exceptions will be made based on need and circumstance (family emergency, for example) and must be submitted in writing to events@acmt.net. Because each exception must undergo a review and approval process, we ask in advance for your patience.

Instructions

1. Attend the sessions.
You can watch them live in-person or on-demand within 90 days after the event (Physicians and Nurses). Pharmacists must watch on-demand within 30 days after the event.

2. Complete the Event Feedback Survey. 
Once completed, go to the Contents tab and acknowledge you have completed the Event Survey.

3. Complete the CE Survey.
This survey is required to claim your CE certificate.

4. Complete the Attendance Quiz.
This quiz will help you calculate how many credits to claim on your certificate. 

5. Download the certificate.
Use your Attendance Quiz score to claim the # of credits on your printable certificate. Participants should only claim the # of credits commensurate with their participation in the activity.

Note to Pharmacists

The only official Statement of Credit is the one you pull from CPE Monitor. You must request your certificate within 30 days of your participation in the activity to meet the deadline for submission to CPE Monitor.
